What we do<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The village church stands at the heart of our community and has been the centre of Anglican worship in the village for hundreds of years.  People from Moulsoe have worshipped on this site since at least the 13th<\/sup> century and generations of village residents have also been baptised, married and buried here.  The PCC is responsible for organising services and for the upkeep of the church, also for fundraising activities, as the church does not receive any funding from either central government or from the Church of England HQ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Church Services<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We hold a service every third Sunday, mostly at 9.30 am.  Service details are displayed on the noticeboard in the lay-by near the church and in the church porch as well as here on this site.  Services are followed by tea\/coffee, biscuits and chat; everyone is welcome! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sunday 19 April at 9.30 am service of Holy Communion at St Mary\u2019s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All welcome and please stay on after the service for tea and coffee and a chat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rogation Sunday, 17 May at 9.30 am<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This service takes part during our annual stroll into the fields of Church Farm.
Come and discover what\u2019s been happening on the farm, appreciate the hard work behind producing our food, and meet some of Moulsoe\u2019s friendly sheep. And of course, we\u2019ll raise our voices once again for \u201cWe plough the fields and scatter\u2026\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please wear suitable shoes for a short walk down the lane.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Weddings, blessings, renewals of vows, baptisms and funerals are also held in the church. Please contact the Parish Administrator<\/strong><\/a> at St Peter & St Paul’s Church, Newport Pagnell to discuss. If you are resident within the benefice of Newport Pagnell, Lathbury & Moulsoe, or have a so-called “qualifying connection” to the benefice, you are eligible to marry in Moulsoe church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
