Moulsoe Parish

Moulsoe Parish is a predominantly rural parish located in the north-eastern part of the City of Milton Keynes. Despite its proximity to Milton Keynes, the parish has retained a strong rural character defined by historic settlement and open countryside.

The Area Covered by the Parish

Moulsoe village lies just east of the M1 motorway, approximately 2.5 miles south-east of Newport Pagnell and five miles north-east of Central Milton Keynes, placing it within easy reach of nearby towns while remaining distinctly rural.

It has approximately 140 dwellings with this number increasing with the development of MK East, that currently consists of Ouzelmere and Eastbrook village. Moulsoe village itself is surrounded by agricultural land. The historic parish church of St Mary of the Assumption holds regular church services for local residents and is included in the Diocese of Oxford.
The Moulsoe Millennium Hall is situated next door to the local public house, The Carrington Arms.

Moulsoe Parish is now part of Broughton and Moulsoe Ward within Milton Keynes.
