Parish Council Meetings
The Parish Council meets formally every other month at Moulsoe Millennium Hall at 8 pm.
Meeting dates for 2026 – 27 will be held on Tuesdays on the following dates:
19 May 2026 , 14 July 2026 , 15 September 2026 , 10 November 2026, 12 January 2027, 9 March 2027
The next scheduled meeting of the parish council is Tuesday 19 May 2026 at 8pm. Due to elections on 7th May it has been necessary to move the meeting from the original date 12th May 2026.
An extraordinary meeting was held on Thursday 22 May 2025 at 7.30pm , for the purposes of signing off and completing the 2024-25 Annual Governance and Accountability Review.

Annual Meeting of the Parish Council
The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council takes place in May each year. In addition to the usual business, the chair and deputy chair for the coming year are elected and the annual accounts are approved and signed-off for auditing.
